Prayer to be Released from Ungodly Want, Need, Lack and Expectations

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

On behalf of myself and my family line, I repent for settling into a mindset of lack, of always wanting, needing and expecting something else, rather than trusting You. I repent for not believing that You are always good and Your lovingkindness endures forever. Lord, please take me out of the ungodly dimensions where want, need, lack and expect reside. Please place me into Your kingdom mindset, for I want to be a kingdom-oriented person who sees Your kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. I declare that I do not have to operate in lack; I don’t always have to experience want or need regarding what I don’t have; and I can expect You to always do what’s right. I will not only be content, but also will contend for everything You want me to have.

Lord, I surrender any personal or generational resistance over to you. I give You permission to release into me a desire to create, to see those things that are not as they should be. Help me to comprehend Your desire for me to live in abundance, prosperity and fruitfulness through Your limitless design. Sanctify my imagination to call those things into place that You intend for me, my family, my influence, my creative finances and prosperity.

Enlighten the eyes of my heart, Lord, in Jesus’ name.
