Prayer to Release Dreams

Father, in the name of Jesus I submit this prayer on behalf of myself and my entire generational line back to before the beginning of time; as I renounce and repent for all of us who ever discounted or ignored our God-given dreams in any way.

I repent for:

• All who have believed or said, “I never dream,” “God doesn’t speak through dreams,” or, “Dreams and dream interpretation stopped with the early church”
• Those among us who have discouraged, mocked and/or shut down dreams in any way, including asking the Lord to stop our dreams because we were fearful
• All rejection of godly dreams, thus refusing what You were trying to show us
• Any time we nurtured fear toward dreams or their interpretation
• Any time that we placed a priority on the so-called wisdom of man and ignored God’s true wisdom in regard to dreams and the godly interpretation of those dreams
• The worship of Baal or Moloch, which contaminated our dreams
• Using dreams for astral-projection into the heavens, false realities and ungodly worlds, in order to access and bring back that which is not allowed by You
• Using drugs of any kind to produce or enhance dreams
• Engaging in cosmic sex with fallen sons of God
• Receiving or believing false dreams and/or dream interpretations, and becoming false prophets or teachers based on ungodly dreams
• Seeking knowledge from ungodly systems instead of from the living God, especially all that trace back to Nimrod who went into the heavens to gain information
• Intentionally going to sleep in an to attempt to gain esoteric knowledge, rather than entering into the Rest of the Lord

Lord, I declare that I will no longer allow the enemy, including all ungodly rulers, thrones and other entities to interfere in my dreams. I also declare that my subconscious is open only to the true and living God, Elohim.

In Jesus’ name, I now revoke any permissions given by my ancestors or myself to dream hackers or any other ungodly influence on my dreams; I totally surrender my dream life over to God.

Lord, I ask that You would retrieve all of my scattered soul and spirit parts that the enemy can no longer hold captive because of this repentance; please return them to me through the blood of Jesus and place them into my being according to Your perfect original creative design.

Lord, please disconnect me from all ungodly trees, destroying their roots and branches; please graft me into the true Branch, which is Jesus, and remove me from all ungodly belief systems.

Lord Jesus, please now close any ungodly gates, especially dream gates. Regarding my mind, my sleep and my dreams, please close all of the unrighteous doors that have been opened and open the doors of righteousness. I invite You to possess the gates of my dreams, come into them, live in them, and speak Your truths to my heart and mind.

Holy Spirit, please increase my discernment, grant me Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding regarding dreams; please counsel and teach me to understand and interpret dreams from Your perspective alone. I claim Jesus’ promise:

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.[i]

Lord, please fulfill that promise in my life in regard to dreams, visions and twilight experiences.
